We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shiprocket Merchant App. If you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the products are in their original condition with all tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging provided.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner at your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
